Philip,
He did NOT say open in "Adobe Acrobat DC and other Adobe CC tools" as you
qualified above. He said
open in Windows
which is a much bigger universe. There are a LOT of tools on Windows that
open PDF's and write back
non-conformat and plain outright invalid PDF.
