[texhax] Installing MacTeX

It looks to me as if you need a version no earlier than 2011 and no 
later than 2016 :

> Starting in 2011, MacTeX required 10.5 or higher, on PPC or Intel. 
> Starting in 2017, MacTeX requires macOS 10.10 or higher, on Intel. 

Therefore, open ftp://ftp.tug.org/historic/systems/mactex in a web 
browser, navigate to one of those years, and download and install the 
relevant version.
