[texhax] Where to get xzdec

Hi,

I have been tardy (read, busy) and not updated TeXLive for ages. 

I updated tlmgr, then I ran 

tlmgr udate —all 

and got this message (the useful bit anyway):

/usr/local/texlive/2016/bin/x86_64-darwin/tlmgr: could not find a usable xzdec.
/usr/local/texlive/2016/bin/x86_64-darwin/tlmgr: Please install xzdec and try again.

I also got a message to say wget was missing but I installed that and have it running now. But where do I get xzdec from?
