[texhax] Need your HELP: Tax live Installation

Bhavin,

In case you are not aware, people on this and other lists are 
volunteers. Support is community provided cf a help desk.

If you are having problems with Lars steps, I'd suggest you look at your 
privileges or run as administrator. Sorry, not a Windows user but I have 
had these issues with installation on newer OS versions.
