Perhaps you could make macro using \footnote or \endnote with two 
arguments, the first for identifying the quotation, the second for 
the bibliographical information.

Additionally, there are two packages in

    http://ctan.org/topic/cite-foot

for "citations in footnotes". Maybe you can combine one of them with the 
fn2end package from the earlier topic.
