[texhax] GFS Didot Old Style Figures Issue

Hello Bob,

But this is an unheard-of arrangement, I cannot name any other font with 
such an (apparent) quirk. In practical terms it means chapter and 
section numbers and page numbers in ToC are lining figures even though 
numbers everywhere else in the document are text figures. It doesn't 
look like fine typography to me, does it?
