Isn't the ready-made code the 60 line segment in Wilson's titlepages.tex
-- I'm looking at CTAN:info/latex-samples/TitlePages/titlepages.tex -- beginning
at line 1636 in that file, i.e., the content of the verbatim environment
found there?
