[texhax] TeX based presentations -- setting up "print dialog presets"

Oops! I might have totally missed the point Pierre was making!
Peirre: If you meant that a pdf file's "Print Page Range" field can be
populated using pdftk, please elaborate. I have pdftk, but do not know
how to populate that field (image attached).
