All I can tell you is that Jonathan Kew, the author of XeTeX and
TeXworks, demonstrated how to typeset Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi,
Japanese,... with XeTeX painlessly at various TeX conferences.  

I recommend to ask your question on the XeTeX mailing list.
