    Insufficient information provided. What was 15Mb?

I observed that the message sent by Hubert was over 15mb, and thus was
held for manual approval.  I asked him to resend with just a url, which
he kindly did.  I no longer have the big message to say why it was so
big, but I don't think it matters.  None of this is relevant to the
actual content of the thread, as far as I can see.
