Hope I am addressing this to the correct address.

I wish to create a rectangular box with corners having a small radius and
with an outline color and a different fill color.

I have tried

\color{blue}\Ovalbox{\color{yellow}Hello}

And the result is "Hello" within a blue outline box but with white fill (no
yellow, and tried other colors).

Using MikTeX 2.9, amsmath style and \fancybox package.

Can you help, please?
