[texhax] Adding section levels and repeated text.

Is it not perhaps significant that in the three
offending cases the definition include something
along the lines of the following :
\renewcommand{\thesubsubsubsection}{\thesubsubsection.\arabic{subsubsubsection}}
whereas the three non-offending cases do not ?
