[texhax] pst-barcode with pdflatex

After several hours I've got it working, hurrah :-)
I did try lots of things but I think the following were important:
1. Running 'sudo texhash' after I made sure I had all the right files in place
2. Making sure I use the correct compilation order (in Kile):
Compile LaTex
DVItoPS
PStoPDF
Viewing the pdf I finally see a QR code :-)

It's not necessary to specify a driver. It's loaded automatically.
If dvips.def wasnt't loaded, then probably pdflatex instead of pdftex
was used.
