[texhax] Blank first page problem (how to remove?)

Die drei Bytes sind ein Byte Order Mark für Unicode

xelatex ignoriert sie, latex verträgt sie nicht :-)

Bei den meisten Editoren kann man einstellen, ob er ein "BOM" eintragen
soll, oder nicht...
