Hello,
You can always ask questions at this mailing list, or at numerous other
community sites, including http://tex.stackexchange.com/ or the Usenet group
comp.text.tex. TUG membership is not required for participating/asking
questions at these places, although a membership goes a long way in helping
the community go further!
