[texhax] latex installer hangs

Hi All,

I'm trying to install latex using the installer from CTAN but it simply hangs.

Here's the output for install-tl -v -v (flags for high verbose):
D:Using system wget (tested).
D:Using shipped ./tlpkg/installer/xz/xzdec.i386-linux for xzdec (tested).
D:Using system xz (not tested).
