[texhax] How to get cctbase.sty under texlive2010 on windows xp sp3

Hi, 
I have installed texlive2010 by wizard mode on windows xp sp3. When I complied some tex source file, it is informed that the cctbase.sty file can not be found. 
I search the install directory of texlive2010, and I can not find the cct package. Is there any ways to get the cct package now?
