[texhax] error when run TeXworks editor

hi,

       I have just install the TexLive 2010  using the texlive2010-20100826.iso downloaded for the net.  However , when I try to run the "TeXworks editor.exe" and  " PS_View.exe" , they stoped with this error information form runscript.tlu " C:\texlive\2010\bin\win32\runscript.tlu:441: bad argument #1 to 'lower' (string expected, got nil)  .

Can you help me fix the problems? And I appreciate for your kind help. Thankyou.
