Darn. We have a case of copyright infringement, then. Or copyleft
infringement.
More seriously, that Instant TeX is missing in Arno's file.
Which file I can't uncompress with pdftk. Would you please produce it
again, Arno, with \pdfcompresslevel=0 at the very beginning?
