It might help in understanding what "not justified properly" means
to see a one-page sample.
I guess (just guess) that many words stick out into the right-hand
margin. To confirm the suspection, you might use \sloppy; I guess
then you have "proper justification", while it still looks terrible.
In this case I guess that your latex.fmt does not contain Spanish
hyphenation patterns, or you just missed switching into Spanish
mode.
In the first subcase, you need to initex a new format. I cannot help much
with this, being out of practice. One way I like is just installing
TeX Live, then you should have almost all existing hyphenation patterns
...

... well, you seem to run TeX Live, but this is not the set of messages
I know. There should be a list of all hyphenation patterns included.
(Well, I still run TeX Live 2007.) -- You might send how this .log
listing continues, there should be some report about the .fmt
that was used.
In the second subcase, you need some \setlanguage ... !?
Sorry, I am out of practice with this too ...
Well, let's see if my guess is right and then somebody else might help,
or you look up language matters yourself in any LaTeX documentation.
Cheers,
Uwe.
