Wonderful, this works perfectly. I've just recompiled my ~15.000-items
document on 900 pages using this mechanism and all headers are
correctly matched with its page contents.
Thank you! I hope this mechanism will be incorporated in one of your
packages since it seems to be incredibly useful in many different
situations.
