[texhax] TeX FAQ

I just went to the TUG home page and clicked on the FAQ link.  I got a  
page telling me that the URL is unavailable on this server.  A  
temporary glitch?

The same happens when I try to access <http://www.tex.ac.uk>  The  
system is alive to pings, and does respond at port 80, but the FAQ  
doesn't seem to be live.
