It runs without error for me, except that ap-book-van.sty was not 
included, and I think it might include a bad redefinition of \thebibliography.

There are warnings about multiple \labels, and for missing 
authors in the cites.  Something might be wrong with ap-book-van.bst
used to generate lakbook.bbl, but the bst wasn't enclosed either.
