[texhax] ASU Thesis/Dissertation Style File

Hi All,
Good suggestion. Robert Haener <robstafarian at verizon.net> actually
sent me an email requesting the file so he could post it to the CTAN
site. Before he suggested that, I didn't know that was something I
could do. So I gave him the file and he will be doing this.
