"same way" does not apply, the TOC design does not reflect the design of the first page of a chapter.
You can
\renewcommand*\l at chapter[2]{%
\ifnum \c at tocdepth >\m at ne
\addpenalty{-\@highpenalty}%
\vskip 1.0em \@plus\p@ % PLAY WITH THIS
\setlength\@tempdima{1.5em}%
\begingroup
\parindent \z@ \rightskip \@pnumwidth
\parfillskip -\@pnumwidth
\leavevmode \bfseries
\advance\leftskip\@tempdima
\hskip -\leftskip
#1\nobreak\hfil \nobreak\hb at xt@\@pnumwidth{\hss #2}\par
\penalty\@highpenalty
\endgroup
\fi}
in order to change the TOC design of chapter entries.
Uwe.
