[texhax] Presenting Programming Code

Paul, hey,

if you find the 'listings' package too feature rich, as I did, try this
'myverbatim' package, which does for me. It just uses the 'fancyvrb'
package a puts a frame around the resulting code. It also utilises the
invaluable 'upquote' package.
