Please, I am planning to write a cookery book using Latex. I do not want it to be too academic in appearance. It needs to be open and entertaining, with a modern look, lots of margin notes and graphics, tips in boxes and stuff like that. My first idea was to use the memoir class. Am I wise ? Any other suggestions ? Thanks Joe
