[texhax] internal links in LaTeX?

Thanks for our prompt reply, I believe my question was not sufficiently clear.
The result of your command in the DVI/PDF file is a link of the type:
as shown in the Section 1
where I would like to obtain:
as shown in "Some words"
and the link of "Some words" should point to the same location as
~\ref{sec:SectionA} does.
This is the essence of the HTML code:
<a href="mylabel"> blah blah </a>
No matter of I use "Some words" or "blah blah", the link goes to the same
location.
I hope my question is now a little bit clearer, thanks again,
