Hello. I'm a member since 2000; today I re-ordered TugBoat volumes and 
... number 25:2 (year 2004) was not at its place.

Of course, I DON'T 
HAVE IT, since all other numbers are correctly in their own envelope.

So, please, do I have to pay 10 $ or do You think it may have been a 
real delivery failure ?
