[texhax] color in links across lines with hyperref

Hello all.
I am using hyperref with pdflatex, and I noticed that when the link
(i.e., citation) spans across lines, both parts of the link are
active, but only the first is colored. Does anyone has experienced
this behaviour? workarounds?
