[texhax] Do not forget

The first reply to my first message answered to a point that was not 
what I had reported, namely (the answer) that \endtemplate is outer. It 
seems from the next reply that this answer got more attention than my 
original message. Be it true or not, the point is that up to now I 
haven't got any answer in one sense or the other to the supposed TeX bug 
I actually reported, nor any comment. So I would like to know if someone 
is intending to look at it.
