[texhax] Box around an article page

Hi All!

Ten days ago I knew nothing about Tex and now I have quite a nice 
newsletter!

I'm wondering the best way to throw a box with a thin line around an entire 
page.  Should I just experiment with \framebox{} or is there a better way? 
I'd like to be able to control thickness of a black line.

I am using the latest MiTex distribution in a Windows environment.
