[texhax] Quoting an enumeration

Hi all!

I would like to typeset an enumeration as a quotation. When I combine
the two environments like so

\begin{quotation}
   \begin{enumerate}
     \item ...
   \end{enumerate}
\end{quotation}

the first item will be indented. How can I prevent this from happening?
I've already tried the \noindent comman, but that does not appear to be
helping no matter where I place it.
