As far as I know currently there is no way to put tags via TeX. If
one needs to make many switches off/on using Acrobat is not a good
option either. Note that actually Acrobat makes tags by itself
breaking the document into suspected blocks but also introducing
document structure. Only then the user can select which blocks to be
read. I am afraid that to repeat this in TeX is almost impossible
task. If Adobe made this simpler... just allowing Read_on-Read_off
switches in pdf documents
As far as math is concerned attempts by AR to read it are completely
miserable and I would use voice annotation instead.
