how can i prevent a pagebreak between a subsubsection- and paragraph
heading ?
that is
\subsubsection{bla1}
<please_dont_pagebreak_here>
\paragraph{bla2} and an immediately follwing ?
i have a couple of places where that happens and i find it rather ugly : (
