does there exist a somethink like a rpm of Latex which is updated
regulary and contains "all" packages, sty, fonts, etc. that are
availabe at CTAN for a Linux?

TeX Live is the largest distribution I know of:
http://tug.org/texlive

However, it's not available as an rpm, but (right now) only as a
large package with its own idiosyncratic install setup.

One volunteer (Norbert Preining) has set up a process for making Debian
packages for TL, still very much in test mode
(http://tug.org/texlive/debian.html). Perhaps you or someone else would
like to do the same for rpm's.

Also, updated regularly means "once a year", at present, which I doubt
is what you had in mind.

So all in all, I guess the answer to your question, as far as I know,
is "no".

Best,
karl
