[texhax] A question on LaTeX packeges

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm a german student and I write my diploma at the moment. Therefore I use LaTeX. I only have a little problem. I want to write this work bilingual. So I ask you if you know about a LaTeX-package that can handle two languages parallel on each side (like the parallel-package) but that correctly sets the headings, sectionnames, toc, ...
