[texhax] code environment?

There's a package called code which is set up for this.  I made
several improvements to it, including boxes and different size fonts
and numbering of lines.  The limitations are that it still doesn't
play so well with others, and that you're pretty much limited to small
examples that fit on a single page.  code is, I think, on ctan.  If
you'd like my improvements, write me.
