[texhax] Swedish languagepack?

My MiKTeX installation (full) contains the follwing:

C:\TeX\texmf\tex\latex\babelbib\swedish.bdf
C:\TeX\texmf\tex\latex\isodate\swedish.idf
C:\TeX\texmf\tex\latex\minitoc\swedish.mld
C:\TeX\texmf\tex\texsis\base\Swedish.txs

They are all available on CTAN.
