Hello Anh,

 \documentclass{article}
 \usepackage{graphicx}
 \begin{document}
    \includegraphics[width=6cm,angle=-90]{FooBar}
 \end{document}

should work.  The correct graphics driver is loaded automatically.
The \ifpdf code is already in graphics.cfg.

\includegraphics finds the correct file if you omit the filename
extension in the mandatory argument.
