[texhax] endnote format to bibtex

I often search PubMed and find that JBibtexmanger is great for importing the 
resulting XML files to BibTex format.

Now I have to search some databases using FirstSearch, which is relatively new 
to me.  It offers me output formats of EndNote, ReferenceManager, and plain 
text.  Any advice on getting those formats into BibTex format?  I have neither 
EndNote nor RefernceManager installed or available.

I'm running Win98, MikTex, BibTex
