R: [texhax] Problem with IEEEtran.cls and swedish hyphenation

Ok, babel redfines \markboth.  The easiest hack is just to insert the
IEEEtran definition immediately AFTER \usepackage[...]{babel}:

\def\markboth#1#2{\def\leftmark{\MakeUppercase{#1}}\def\rightmark{\MakeUpper
case{#2}}}

It's really the fault of the writers of the IEEEtran.cls package I imagine,
as the babel package is standard and it's defitions should not be messed
about with.
