Is there enough vertical space in the page after the text to accomodate 
the figure? 

1. Please check whether you've set the y-coordinate of the 
   pspicture environment too high. 

2. Try scaling down the picture (using ""\psset{unit=...}") to see if it 
   fits into the page.
