[texhax] pdflatex could not recognize .eps

    Since my .eps has size
    100x200, but when I convert to .pdf, it simply takes
    up to 1 page. 

Use epstopdf instead of ps2pdf.  epstopdf goes to some trouble to make
the resulting pdf the size of the original image.

Or convert to jpg or png, with (for example) pstopnm | pnmtopng 
or pstopnm | pnmtojpeg from the netpbm (netpbm.sourceforge.net) tools.
