I have got a bug with using Appendix within paper, I used the 
commands:

\appendix
\section{}
before my Appendixes, and I want to have Appendix extension 
number for my equations, but it gives me a number such as 
(A.0.1) , How can I remove this problem to achieve a number like
(A.1)
