[texhax] define a \comment

Dear TeXexpert(s),

I like to define my \comment
that works as the \comment in the TeX by Topic:
(
  \comment will eat the input line by line,
  so more litle TeX memory will be used.
)

But my problem is:

when the argument isnot passed from the TeX input,
but from another command, then all the \endlinechar
are treated as another way, so \comment cannot
do well his job, and some times dump to \infty.

What can I do, please help me.
