if you don't happen to find anything else, you can use
\kern.17em{}C\kern-.95em\raise.19ex\hbox{\it
=\/}\kern.17em{}
it looks pretty good until \LARGE (including that), but from
\huge and higher you should modify it a bit.
if you use it more often, you can define it as a command for
more comfortable access.
