Lucida sample documents

We have two sample documents currently available:

• lucida-sample (source), a straightforward text document typeset in Lucida, including a minimal example and displays of all the available fonts.
• lucida-amsmath (source), a more complex mathematical document, using the amsmath package and Lucida. (Based on the original testmath.tex from the AMS.)

Small showings are also on the basic font set and complete font set pages.
