[XeTeX] Unicode XeTeX Editor for Windows

Have you tried TeXWorks? (www.tug.org/texworks) It is made by the author of
XeTeX (Jonathan Kew).

TeXmaker is another choice.

If I was on Windows, I would definitely try Winedt, but I used it a long
time ago and do not know about its current status whether it supports
Unicode or not.
