[XeTeX] Using Concrete (and other) fonts with XeLaTeX

That's true for Linux. XeTeX uses on every platform a 'font service.'  
On Linux that of libfontconfig is used. It's configured by files  
like /etc/[fonts/]fonts.conf or ~/.fonts.conf.
